How It Works

Our process is designed to be simple, seamless, and stress-free:

1. Enquiry: Reach out via text or email with your request.

2. Initial Contact: We’ll discuss your options and confirm details. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.

3. Confirmation & Invoice: An invoice will outline your order details and the balance due.

4. Booking: Once the deposit is paid, we’ll reserve your date and begin preparing.

5. Payment: The full balance is due one month before weddings or one week before other events. Alternatively, cash on delivery can be arranged if the deposit has been paid.

6. Delivery or Collection: We offer free delivery within 5 miles of Thanet. Deliveries further afield are charged at 45p per mile.

Pricing Guide

Our prices reflect the care and craftsmanship that go into each creation:

• 7” cakes start from £45 (not 3D)

• 8” cakes start from £60, with basic 3D options available
  Additional costs may apply for intricate designs, especially sugarcraft flowers.
